Here's everything you need to know about using any of Bluestone International Sdn Bhd's services. The following will provide you with answers to commonly asked questions.
How do I know if my Computer / PC support the content I have selected?
The content available has been tested on both Personal Computers and Apple Macintosh computers with the most popular internet browsers available on both platforms. If you do experience a problem with a certain configuration, please contact us at support@bluestone-media.com and specify the machine and browser that you are using.
How do I know if my mobile phone supports the content I have selected?
Content is available for most phone types. To confirm this, once you have selected the content of your choice, click on the Supported Devices list within the same panel and search for your phone model.
Which mobile operators do these services support?
Services are available to all mobile operators, both postpaid and prepaid users, though it is advisable that your phone utilises 3G and is on an unlimited data plan.
How do I view the content on a Mobile Device?
You can download by just choosing your preferred payment method, your e-mail address and mobile number. Upon payment approval, a WAP link will be sent to you. Click on the WAP link to download the content.
Why does the video take very long to load?
This can be caused by a variety of factors; network congestion, slow Internet connection, etc. If you still have problems playing a certain video, please email us at support@bluestone-media.com.
Who can view content?
Anyone can view the content by either viewing the Free / Promotional videos on the site, or by signing up for the service to have full access to all the video content.
How do I pay for the subscription?
You may choose to pay via PayPal or Ukash.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is an E-Commerce business which allows payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet or via Mobile Devices. PayPal serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as Cheques and Money Orders. What is Ukash?
Ukash is a pre paid card for payments on the internet. Cards of various denominations can be purchased at petrol stations, newspaper kiosks, electronics stores, groceries, etc, and may then be used online. Ukash transactions are easy, safe, and anonymous!
How long does it take for me to receive the WAP link?
You should receive the WAP link within a few minutes. If you do not receive it within 1 hour, it may be due to network congestion or you could have insufficient credits if you are a prepaid user. In any case, you may Contact Us if you do not receive the WAP link at support@bluestone-media.com
Why do I need to register?
If a particular website, or any product or service offered through the Bluestone International website requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You will then be prompted to choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Bluestone International immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Bluestone International will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Bluestone International or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
Bluestone International informs you that the personal information directly or indirectly collected on our website are protected by the Data Protection Act. Bluestone International is committed to making respect the right of the user to access, rectify, modify and suppress the personal information in compliance within the articles of the Act. Bluestone International is committed to keeping secure the data you provide us and will take reasonable precautions to protect your personally identifiable information from loss, misuse or alteration. We are committed to responding in a timely manner to your requests to correct inaccuracies in your personal information. To correct such inaccuracies, please return the message containing the inaccuracies to the sender with details of the correction requested. If you would like to have deleted the personally-identifiable information you have submitted through the Sites from our marketing databases, please contact us. We will then use reasonable efforts to remove your personally identifiable information from our files.
PAYMENTS
You must use either PayPal or Ukash (where applicable) or choose any operator billing to pay for your subscription(s) and or services. When you provide credit card or other payment mechanism information to Bluestone International, you represent that you are the authorised user of the credit card or Mobile account holder that is used to pay the subscription or other fees. Each month that you use any of our website, you agree and reaffirm that Bluestone International is authorised to charge your chosen payment mechanism for the subscription fee where applicable. You agree to promptly notify Bluestone International of any changes to your credit card account number or other payment information, its expiration date and or your billing address, and you agree to promptly notify Bluestone International if your credit card expires or is cancelled for any reason.
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once you sign up for a subscription, the amount quoted at the time of signup will be applied to your preferred payment mechanism on a monthly basis, until you inform us or cancel your subscription. Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will be notified by email to confirm this. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at support@bluestone-media.com . You will still have access to the Video Portal for the remainder of the current month until your subscription expires.
ELECTRONIC SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS REFUND POLICY
Once your credit card or other payment mechanism has been authorised, processing can take up to 2 minutes. If you are using a mobile device, you will receive a link via SMS to take you to the site. If you have subscribed via the Web interface, you will automatically be logged into the site with your username and password, from which you can select from the available videos. If at any reason you cannot view the videos or access either the Web or Mobile websites, contact the Bluestone International support team at support@bluestone-media.com.
